Helloooo Ladies!
I'd love to report that I ran my 10 miles on my schedule for the week but, I have not. My shin is still shooting pain every time I try to run (or try to use the stairs at the house...fun fun). It makes me a bit sad, especially considering the race is a mere 17 days away. Boo. I needed to get that last long run in, but that hasn't happened. I'm taking it easy because I don't want to hurt it more. Hopefully another day or two will help.
In other workout news:
I'm thinking about trying to do P90X.
My dad bought it and hasn't used it, so I figured it's free...why not? Has anyone gone through the full 90 days? It seems like a lot of time to put into the workouts which would probably make trying to find time to run and bike a bit much, but those I refuse to give up. I know I could just use them as supplemental workouts, but I was just curious of the results I would get if I actually did the whole thing. Anyone with any experience out there?? It looks like each workout is between 55-90 minutes when you add the ab ripper into the mix.

I made it like 72 days. HAHA I actually really liked it, but it is a huge time commitment. I saw some pretty good results, but then I completely stopped working out. BAHAHAHAH :) Go look at my blog and click P90X if you want more of my thoughts...
I've alwayws wanted to try it, but I think I would do better with it if I did it with someone. Move to CT? Or I'll move down there? lol.
Since I started boot camp, I had a really hard time finding a balance between getting running in and being super sore from my boot camp... I hope your shin feels better soon!
Oh Lord, I just do the ab workout and it makes me wanna var-mitzvah every time. THAT good.
Girl Good luck!!!
Its hard!
I couldnt even do 1 workout. lol
But i know a lot of people who did it to the end and the results are amazing!!!
You can do it :)
Happy Thursday girlie <3

I haven't done P90X but I really loved the Insanity series. I didn't finish that though. I've heard they are quite similar!! Good luck with whichever one you try!!
It is a really big commitment. I have done it but definitely not every day.
I've attempted P90X! I did it occasionally (not the right way with the program) and thought it was great! Very hard but worth it! You are def sore afterwards! I would have gotten into it more if we had all of the weights and nutrition book and supplements...now I'm at a gym so I stopped but try it!!!
I don't know anyone who has finished it, and I can't blame them. Here's to you being the first!
