ICK!! I tried Publix sushi once...end of story. I know it's kind of far...but yall should try Sushi Pop in Oviedo!!!! AMAZING!!! Plus they have these GREAT Saketini's! <3
I had publix sushi, once. It's just not the same! BUT I can say WHOLE FOODS has a sushi bar, they make it fresh in front of you and that is pretty good. I think the key is making it fresh and not just sitting around refridgerated.

no way! I don't trust sushi in the fridge...it HAS to be fresh and I'm picky so I can't eat whatever they mass produce.
It LOOKS good!! I have been craving sushi for awhile now so this makes me sad yours was not good :(
